Who Doesn't Love to Run in the Snow?
Not only are Trevor and I crazy but some 15000 Seattlites are as well.
We ran the 25th Annual St. Paddy’s Day Run and what an adventure it was.
Besides the snow, wind, rain, mid 30′s temperatures but there was a
keg that was ran through the race- awesome.
Not sure if we were glad to join Danny and Ashley on their second
running of the race but it was interesting nonetheless. Trevor ran
the 3.7 mi course in 29 minutes and I rolled in at 40. Not too bad.
I know Nikki and Khalisa were participantsas well (way to go ladies!)
but never saw them or didn’t recognize them all bundled up. We were
too cold and tired to join in the beer garden festivities afterwards and
when we arrived back in Edmonds it was a blizzard!
As if the day couldn’t get crazier we got to Costco midday to only have
the power go out there and our condo as well. Ever been at Costco
when the power goes out? It’s pretty crazy but we were glad no one freaked out.
What a day!
