Yankee Doodle Dash – July 4th 2011
Trevor, Ashley and I rocked a 10k on the 4th of July in Everett to support the YMCA up there. For the 4th of July it was actually a beautiful morning and a great run. Trevor and I both improved our times from our Wenatchee run which was what we were hoping for. Perfect practice for the three of is for our upcoming Hood to Coast run. Ashley kicked some major butt in her agegroup and managed to get a medal for placing 2nd in her brackett. Post run we treated oursleves to some well deserved pool time and bbq over at Cally’s.
Countdown is officially on for the Hood to Coast Relay as we near the one month out mark!

What an epic game! We were thrilled when Todd came through with tickets for this game and what a crazy day it was. Fantastic Vegetarian food options at the stadium, beautiful sunny day and fun celebrating the win with Josh too. Go Sounders!
